Steps to start your day.
Dawn gives birth to a new day a day that is filled
with new ideas, thoughts, plans and encounters with others. It is very
important to start your day feeling energised and refreshed from your
nights sleep.
Here are some simple steps to take to start your day and make every day a wonderful experience no matter what you are doing. First take five deep slow breaths and imagine you are breathing in bright light and love from the universe. Second imagine the roots of a tree extending from the souls of your feet down into the earth thus anchoring the your physical and spiritual self securely to this plane. Third imagine a protective bubble forming from the souls of your feet up your body and over the top of your head. Seal you bubble with the image of something that is of importance to you. Your protective bubble will keep all of your positive energy close to you and protect you from the lower forms of energy.
